In general, orders for delivery are delivered within 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) for residents of Quebec.

Please keep a close eye on the status of your order, as it may be held up at the post office. However, please note that the delivery notice may not be in your letterbox.

Please note that the post office will hold your parcel for 15 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender. In this case, you will be asked for compensation in order to reship your order.

When you place your order, you have two hours to cancel it using our contact form in the dedicated section. After this time, a refund will only be made once we have received your order in full.
